Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Breakfast Team Member to help prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast items in a fast-paced kitchen. The role starts early, opening the biscuit and egg station and setting up ingredients, equipment, and prep areas for service.

You will maintain speed, food safety, and quality, work with the kitchen team, and handle cleaning and dishwashing after breakfast service ends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently.

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Title:Back of House Breakfast Team Member

Hours:5:45 AM - 11:00 AM (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Pay: $15-$17

Job Description:

The Back of House Breakfast Team Member is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role begins early in the morning by opening and setting up the biscuit and egg station, ensuring all ingredients, equipment, and prep areas are ready for service. The team member prepares fresh biscuits and eggs according to company standards, maintaining consistency, speed, and food safety throughout the breakfast shift.

During service, this position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. The team member must keep the workstation clean, stocked, and organized while meeting high customer demand.

After breakfast service ends at 10:30 AM, responsibilities shift to cleaning and completing breakfast dishes, properly storing food, and assisting with the transition to lunch operations.
