Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our restaurant team. You will help open and serve guests, contributing to a friendly, high‑quality dining experience in a fast‑paced environment that values teamwork and integrity.

Open availability for early shifts, including Saturdays, is required. You will assist in Front of House and Back of House operations, maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and support leadership with opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Open availability to arrive by 7 AM daily.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and effective guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receiving and storing deliveries.
• Exterior building maintenance (parking lot clean up, landscaping stewardship)
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Dishwashing
• Adherence to Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.
• Strive for product quality and consistency.
• Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistently reliable attendance and punctuality.
