Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a “treat it like you own it” mindset. You’ll start as early as 4am for baking, ensure audit readiness, and drive an exceptional customer experience across shifts until 2pm.

Successful candidates have 1–3 years of GM/ AGM experience in a restaurant, with strong leadership, P&L awareness, and a passion for coaching teams toward excellence. No evening shifts are required.

Competenze

• Prior GM or AGM experience in a restaurant is required or preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Mansioni

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a read-your-own-ownership approach.
• Lead early shifts and bake prep starting as early as 4am.
• Ensure audit readiness, manage catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Close and prep for the next day, including daily deposits and budgeting.
• Assist with team scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks as needed.
