Job summary

Bagel Brands seeks a General Manager for our Saginaw, TX location to oversee store operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset. The role involves early shifts, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional guest experience from bake to close.

You will manage audits, catering and in-store orders, while controlling costs and driving performance. This position includes 5 weeks of training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• GM or ASM experience in a restaurant setting (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy.
• Lead a one-shift store with early start times and ensure audit readiness, catering and guest experience.
• Guide breakfast/lunch rush coverage, supervise breaks, and handle deposits and daily prep before close.
• Participate in 5 weeks of training when joining Bagel Brands.
• Recruit, develop and retain team members and monitor food cost and labor targets.
