You will train staff, monitor sanitation, manage inventory, support events, and collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth breakfast operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math for inventory, revenue tracking and financials.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in the capacity of supervised positions (bartending or table service).
• Train, supervise, and participate in the evaluation of restaurant staff for efficient operation.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate events and marketing initiatives with hotel departments.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
