Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor for Residence Inn Redondo Beach, CA. The role blends leadership with hands-on service, including bartending and table service during peak times to uphold high food and beverage standards.

You will coordinate with hotel departments, support marketing efforts, and ensure safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction across all outlets. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant or equivalent experience and/or 1+ year supervisory experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills for inventory and revenue tracking

Responsibilities

• Perform in the capacity of supervised positions (bartending or table service)
• Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback
• Oversee dining room setup and service areas
• Coordinate with marketing for initiatives and specials
