Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality in Raleigh seeks a part-time breakfast attendant to oversee and support guest breakfast operations at Four Points by Sheraton - Raleigh Arena. You will set up, serve, and maintain a quality breakfast bar with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior food service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends. This role offers part-time hours and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or serving.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar during hotel breakfast hours.
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct.
• Prepare and present food to guests.
• Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen (dishes, floors, counters, trash, fridge).
• Rotate food.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Daily teardown of breakfast bar.
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests with a smile and friendly welcome.
• Follow all Quality Assurance and Health Department standards.
