Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company in Salisbury, North Carolina is seeking a Breakfast Attendant (part time) to prepare and serve high quality breakfast items, maintain a clean, guest ready dining area, and uphold brand standards and the hotel’s mission.

You will work as part of a team, handle guest requests with professionalism, and participate in inventory and restocking while supporting closing shifts and varying schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food and beverage position preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
• Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day.
• Maintain safety and security practices; know emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with high quality product and service.
• Control food costs and keep inventory up to par.
• Take inventory and submit order requests as necessary.
