Job summary

Woodcrest New Albany is seeking a Breakfast Host to welcome guests and maintain a clean, inviting breakfast area at the New Albany property. The role supports daily continental breakfast service and ensures items are stocked and presented freshly for guests.

You will coordinate with kitchen and dining staff to keep dining spaces organized, clean, and inviting while upholding service standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• The Breakfast Host prepares and arranges the daily continental breakfast, ensuring items are stocked, and cleaning up after service.
• Prepare a clean dining area, refill food as necessary, roll silverware, and stock service areas
• Heating pre-cooked foods and replenish packaged foods
• Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the buffet tables
• Greet guests that enter the breakfast area
• Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after meals
• Clean kitchen and breakfast area, washing dishes and other items
• Place weekly food orders
• Assist in deep cleaning of breakfast area and other public spaces
• Prepare food and service items for next day
