Job summary

Donohoe Hospitality Services is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a pleasant and efficient breakfast experience for guests at our Hilton Garden Inn location in Old Town Alexandria. You will prepare and serve stations, maintain the breakfast area, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include setting up breakfast items, greeting guests, keeping areas clean, managing inventory, and ensuring health and safety standards. Work schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast items and prep stations, maintaining freshness and presentation.
• Greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and handle special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, tables, counters, and stations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for proper handling and storage of food.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to hotel policies and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
