Job summary

HDG Hotels Legacy Division seeks a reliable Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve breakfast, greet guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You will monitor inventory, follow safety rules, and assist in training new attendants.

The role requires adherence to brand standards, teamwork with staff, and timely setup and breakdown of the breakfast service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve breakfast in a timely manner according to brand and health standards.
• Greet all guests in a welcoming manner in common areas.
• Comply with health and hygiene regulations and safety protocols.
• Assist in training new breakfast attendants.

Responsibilities

• Set up the breakfast area before service.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area after service, including washing dishes and cleaning appliances.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Ensure items are properly cooked, presented, and replenished during breakfast hours.
• Greet guests, answer questions about offerings and hotel services.
• Work collaboratively with hotel staff to ensure a smooth breakfast service.
