Job summary

Embassy Suites Irvine, part of the Sage Hospitality portfolio, is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to oversee the breakfast service and ensure a quality dining experience with the highest food quality standards and attentive guest service.

Prepare breakfast items, maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, greet guests, replenish items, and support the team to deliver memorable breakfasts for our guests.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3 months or longer of previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of safe food handling processes and basic customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast service and ensure guest satisfaction with high food quality standards.
• Prepare breakfast food and beverages and set out hot and cold items following safety regulations.
• Replenish all items and keep them stocked throughout the service period.
