Job summary

Embassy Suites Irvine is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the breakfast service, delivering a quality dining experience with the highest food safety standards.

You will prepare breakfast items, maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area, greet guests, replenish items, and assist with service during peak times to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. This role also involves following FIFO, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ months of experience in a similar role.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must be organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast service and ensure quality dining experiences.
• Prepare breakfast items and maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Greet guests and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
• Keep breakfast area clean and well-stocked throughout service.
• Assist with service during peak times and handle guest inquiries.
