Job summary

Sage Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the breakfast service and ensure a quality dining experience with the highest food safety standards. Prepare breakfast items and beverages, maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas, and assist with guest service as needed.

Maintain stocked items, greet guests, and build rapport while reporting issues to management. The role requires punctuality, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced breakfast

Qualifications

Must have high school level mathematics and be familiar with order procedures.
Experience dealing directly with the public and strong customer service skills.
Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

Be dependable and punctual, arriving in a clean uniform with nametag.
Prepare breakfast items and beverages following food safety regulations.
Replenish food and beverage items during service and keep items stocked.
Maintain clean tables and dining area; ensure proper cleaning and vacuuming.
Receive and unpack items, date and store per FIFO and safety standards.
Greet guests, assist with service, and replenish coffee as needed.
Build rapport with guests and report issues to management promptly.
Note important guest information for daily reporting and pass sales leads to management.
Present a pleasant breakfast presentation and manage waste and trash removal.
Look for cost-effective ways to improve breakfast appeal.
Support safety equipment and emergency procedures.
