Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Bothell seeks a Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional breakfast service in the hotel’s complimentary area. You will greet guests, manage seating, maintain cleanliness, and support beverage and food service to ensure a smooth morning experience.

The role requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass RS course such as TIPs as required by property.
• Must obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly, attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Greet and seat guests in a timely fashion.
• Maintain clean, organized breakfast area and service stations.
• Ensure quality control of menus and displays; keep spaces stocked and tidy.
• Assist with beverage and food service, including coffee and tea preparation.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and side work per assignment.
• Answer questions about hotel services and local attractions.
