Kohler Co. is seeking a casual, part-time server for onsite shifts in Kohler, WI. The role focuses on delivering quality food and beverage service, taking orders with suggestive selling, and upholding presentation standards.

Hours are weekend and weekday 6:30am–12:00pm. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to obtain a Learn 2 Serve certificate. Sponsorship is not required, and a $5.35–$8.05 hourly rate plus tips applies.

Specific Responsibilities

• Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards
• Receiving guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
• Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards
• Following proper food and liquor handling procedures
• Maintaining complete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices.

This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours range from 6:30am-12:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• We are looking for an applicant who is at least 18 years of age
• Must have previous Serving experience
• Ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $5.35 - $8.05 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
