Candidates should have strong customer service skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with hours and the stamina to stand for long shifts are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and connect with customers; discover needs and make recommendations.
• Answer questions about food, beverages and hotel services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in POS system.
• Perform running side work and opening/closing duties as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with beverage, food, and service and respond to requests.
• Prepare final bill, present check, and process payment.
• Teamwork – offer or ask for help to fellow team members.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
