Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Server to welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a hotel restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a polished presence, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

Welcome and connect with every customer; discover needs and make recommendations.
Answer questions about food, beverages, and hotel services.
Take orders and enter into POS system; process payments as needed.
Perform running side work and opening & closing duties.
Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
Ensure guests are satisfied with beverage, food, and service; respond promptly to requests.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
