Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, while upholding our guiding principles.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of server experience, flexible schedules including weekends/holidays, and knowledge of alcohol service guidelines. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and a background in food safety are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as a server.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the state.
• Knowledge of state and local alcohol guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Ability to process guest payments.
• Course work or certification in restaurant/business is desired.
• Food safety/alcohol service training recommended.
• Able to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Create an energized bar atmosphere with friendly service.
• Anticipate customer needs and adapt accordingly.
