Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Cocktail Server to greet guests, answer questions, and deliver menu items with a high-energy bar experience. You will maintain clean work areas, stock supplies, and help ensure guests have a great time while following brand standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires 2–3 years in beverage/food service, 1–2 years as a server, and the ability to work weekends/holidays, with valid alcohol service credentials. Benefits are provided for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ minimum experience in a beverage/food outlet.
• One to two years’ experience as a server.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the state.
• Knowledge of state/local alcohol guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Ability to handle guest payments.
• Coursework or certification in restaurant or business fields is desirable.
• Food safety and/or alcohol service training recommended.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel important.
• Know the menu, offer suggestions, answer questions.
• Serve guests' orders aligned with brand standards.
• Help create a high energy bar experience.
• Maintain supplies of clean dishware.
• Deliver food to/from the kitchen and manage service ware.
• Clear dirty dishes and run through dishwasher.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture and equipment.
• Address spills, broken items, and take out trash.
• Mop or vacuum floors as needed.
• Stock beverage and ice dispensers and condiments.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
