Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, serving experience preferred, and strong communication skills. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs, with flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and hospitality operations.
• Must stand and move for up to 8 hours.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Prepare and present menu items per standards and keep service area clean.
• Ensure guests are treated professionally and handle tough situations diplomatically.
• Assist with seating and table arrangements as needed.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation standards and SOPs.
• Maintain clear communication with all departments.
• Be proactive and responsive to feedback and new ideas.
• Support other departments in emergencies as directed by supervisor.
