Job summary

Summit Hospitality Group in North Carolina is seeking a friendly Bistro Server to join our fast-paced team. Take guest orders, input them in the POS, and help with food and beverage preparation on the AM shift. You will respond to guest requests promptly, maintain a clean and stocked station, and ensure knowledge of menu specials.

Multitasking, reliability and a professional appearance are essential. This is a full-time position with weekend availability; training is provided, tips supplements

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment

About Us:

Our company is looking for a Bistro Server to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our internal and external guests. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant, and we are looking for an Attendant to help with the food and beverage preparation on the AM shift. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player who wants to play a role in bringing customers to the Courtyard by Marriott

Job Description:

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system;
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;

• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;

Compensation:

14.00/hr. plus Tips – Full-time (5 days/week) with no schedule limitations.

Paid training provided

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when business demands.

Work requires standing for extended periods

Flexibility is a must – hospitality never sleeps!

All requests are considered but during peak season we require all hands-on deck.
