The role emphasizes friendly service, buffet upkeep, and guest satisfaction, with emphasis on cleanliness and efficiency during service.

The position requires availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $20/hour plus tips. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and ensure items are stocked.
• Greet guests and assist with selections.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, buffet, and prep stations.
• Replenish items including hot/cold dishes, condiments, and utensils.
• Follow health regulations and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Clear tables and keep dining area presentable.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service.
