Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a breakfast attendant to help start guests' day with a smile. You’ll cook omelets and eggs to order, assist with breakfast setup, maintain the buffet and coffee station, and support the team with cleanliness and inventory.

A breakfast attendant is the first person many guests will see in the morning as they wake up to start their important day. This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for the hotel's complimentary breakfast offering. They are responsible for making omelets and eggs to guest order specifications. This is a guest facing position and will require a positive attitude. Assisting the breakfast team with cleanliness, ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination. Most importantly, w e are looking for someone who is a morning person with a great attitude to help the guests get their day started with a smile.
