Overview

A breakfast attendant is the first person many guests will see in the morning as they wake up to start their important day. This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for the hotel's complimentary breakfast offering, making omelets and eggs to guest order specifications, and assisting the breakfast team with cleanliness, ordering, inventory preparation, and any other food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, allergies, and cross‑contamination. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is a morning person with a great attitude to help the guests get their day started with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Cooking large volumes of food
• Making omelets and eggs to guest order specifications
• Kitchen food preparation
• Kitchen and restaurant cleanliness
• Greeting guests and responding to queries
• Refresh breakfast buffet as needed
• Setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet or breakfast dining area
• Clean and maintain coffee station
• Dishwashing
• Follow proper food safety guidelines
• Provide inventory needs to proper management
