Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Breakfast Waiter to lead a section, ensuring smooth service and a consistently high guest experience at Medlock Square. You will own your area, support junior staff, and work with management to maintain standards.

The role requires energy, attention to detail and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, premium environment with matchdays and events.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter/Server in premium or high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a section and support a team during service.
• Calm and organised under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality guest experience across every service.
• Lead and coordinate Waiters and Runners within your section.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure service readiness.
• Train and onboard new team members through on-the-job guidance.
• Uphold health & safety, food safety and licensing standards.
