Job summary

Urban Egg is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and timely service in a fast-paced, welcoming kitchen. The role requires adherence to food safety standards and collaboration with teammates to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Daytime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet timing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
