Job summary

The Washington House Hotel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our housekeeping and guest services team. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and contribute to genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering breakfast orders, answering front desk calls and taking reservations, cleaning rooms after departure, providing daily stay-over service, tidying common areas, and handling linens and trash with care.

Qualifications

• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Weekend availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver breakfast orders to hotel guests.
• Answer front desk phone for in-house guest request and incoming calls; take reservations.
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms after guest departure.
• Provide daily housekeeping service to stay-over guests according to their requests.
• Clean and sanitize common areas.
• Remove dirty dishes, trash and soiled linens from rooms and linen closets.
• Perform deep cleaning jobs as needed.
