Position Overview

As a Breakfast Host, you’re the heart of the morning! You'll greet guests with a smile, maintain a clean and inviting breakfast area, and ensure all food and beverages are stocked and served according to brand standards. This role is all about creating a positive, energetic start to our guests’ day.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the breakfast area throughout service.
• Restock food and beverage items to ensure availability and freshness.
• Assist guests with questions about breakfast offerings or dietary needs.
• Monitor buffet and self-serve stations for cleanliness, presentation, and temperature control.
• Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and manage table turnover in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work with the culinary team and fellow hosts to ensure smooth breakfast operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude.
• Prior hospitality or food service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train you!
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
