Job summary

Cincinnati Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Eastgate is seeking a Breakfast Host for weekend and morning shifts at our Cincinnati, OH location. You’ll set up breakfast, greet guests, stock items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

This part-time role includes weekend availability, competitive hourly pay, daily pay option, employee hotel discounts, and benefits eligibility. Join a supportive team focused on delivering a warm guest experience while building valuable hospitality

Qualifications

• 0–1+ year of customer service experience.
• Open morning availability, 6am–12pm. Times may vary by location.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to stock breakfast items and assist guests per standards.
• Greet guests and accommodate requests; perform other duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast at scheduled times.
• Stock breakfast items and ensure availability for guests.
• Greet guests and handle special requests.
• Keep countertops and machines clean and tidy.
• Inventory breakfast items and report needs to the General Manager.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Set up breakfast at scheduled times
• Ensures breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
• Greets guests and accommodates special requests as needed
• Ensures countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times
• Inventory breakfast items regularly; orders or purchases items as necessary and provides all receipts to General Manager
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
• All other duties as assigned
