Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
• At least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and ensuring they have everything they need.
• Garnishes each plate leaving the kitchen according to Snooze standards.
• Keeps station stocked and maintains food products to ensure smooth service.
• Follows plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Handles, stores, and rotates products properly.
• Closes the station according to opening/closing checklists.
