Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work early morning shifts reliably.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team-oriented yet able to work independently when needed.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet during service.
• Greet guests professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items including coffee and pastries.
• Keep dining area clean and stocked during service.
• Clear and sanitize tables and food stations per health guidelines.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and resolve concerns.
