Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient service in the complimentary breakfast area of Residence Inn Las Vegas. You will greet guests, maintain a clean dining area, and assist with beverage and breakfast service throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends, and a positive, service-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass responsible serving course such as TIPs.
• Food Handlers card may be required by city/county/state.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of breakfast area and service spaces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items and beverages as required.
• Ensure menus and displays are clean and appealing.
• Assist with cashiering and closing checks at shift end.
• Respond to guest questions about hotel, local area, and services.
• Support other food/beverage service areas as needed.
• Follow hotel brand standards for service and etiquette.
