Job summary

The Springhill Suites Las Vegas, operated by Highgate, is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires friendly, efficient service and a positive attitude to start guests' day.

You will greet guests, maintain clean dining areas, stock stations, and assist other departments as needed while adhering to brand standards. A high school diploma and flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or food service experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming and wear the uniform and name tag.
• Greet and seat guests and ensure timely service at breakfast stations.
• Ensure quality control of menus, cleanliness and presentation.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and hotel spaces per instructions.
