Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for the Fairfield Inn Scranton property in Dickson City, PA. You will be responsible for delivering courteous service in the complimentary breakfast area and supporting beverage and food service as needed.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and adherence to hotel standards and safety policies. Join a team committed to guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass responsible serving course such as TIPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service in the breakfast area.
• Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables in a timely manner (where applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area and service spaces.
• Assist with beverage preparation, including coffee and tea, and support other hotel departments as needed.
