Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join the team at Fairfield Inn & Suites - Birmingham. The role covers setup, maintenance, cleaning of the breakfast area, and delivering excellent guest service throughout the morning service.

Responsibilities include inventory, assisting with food preparation, restocking, and maintaining brand standards. Flexible shifts, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Six months Customer Service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast area with organized, clean presentation.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.
• Assist with set up of prepared foods such as coffee, juices and fruit.
• Restock self-service foods and supplies as needed.
• Ensure hygiene and safety in breakfast area and report hazards.
