Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe handling practices.
• Food Handler certification if required by state/local regulations.
• Ability to communicate with guests, team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, service-oriented attitude during breakfast service.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and dietary needs while providing hospitality.
• Maintain an inviting dining environment and ensure guest comfort.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet in accordance with policies and standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperatures throughout service.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, tables, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and operate kitchen and coffee equipment safely.
