Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a top-notch complimentary breakfast experience. You will prepare, present, and maintain the buffet, ensure food quality and cleanliness, and provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, proper food handling, and teamwork. On-site in Bentonville, AR, with opportunities to grow within the PAH portfolio and participate in a benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling practices.
• Must possess or obtain a Food Handler certification if required by state or local regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude throughout breakfast service.
• Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and special dietary needs while providing exceptional hospitality.
• Prepare, set up, and maintain the complimentary breakfast buffet in accordance with company policies and brand standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and temperatures throughout service.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, condiments, and serving supplies to ensure the breakfast area remains fully stocked during operating hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast area before, during, and after service.
• Bus, clean, sanitize, and reset dining tables as guests depart.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store serving utensils, dishes, coffee equipment, and food service equipment.
• Follow "Clean As You Go" practices throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety regulations and company procedures.
