Keke's Breakfast Cafe - Flamingo Partners is hiring a Cook for the Palm Springs area to accurately and efficiently prepare and cook menu items using grills, bakers and fryers. You will portion, plate and present dishes according to standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires standing for long periods, reliable communication with guests, and adherence to dress and safety standards. Availability 6:00 am to 4:00 pm daily is required.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly in the predominant language of our guests.
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food items using grills, fryers and bakery equipment.
• Ensures quality and proper portion sizes of served dishes.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work stations and equipment.
• Stocks ingredients and rotates products at line stations.
• Opens and closes the kitchen per checklist and assists with closing duties.
• Performs routine kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
• Assists in food prep during off-peak periods.
