Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join Patina 250 in Buffalo, NY. The role supports guest orders with timely breakfast preparation and collaborates with the serving team to ensure smooth service.

You will follow recipes, operate kitchen equipment, maintain clean stations, and assist with prep tasks for multiple outlets. No diploma or previous experience required, and early morning shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Read and follow recipes and abbreviations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Team player, follow procedures and take directions.
• Basic math to follow recipe measurements.
• No diploma or prior experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare items per recipe guidelines.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment and keep stations stocked, organized and sanitized.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures.
• Help with prep tasks for the various outlets.
