Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a full-time Breakfast Cook to join Patina 250. You will partake in important food preparation for guest orders and communicate with serving team members to ensure timely service.

You will follow recipes, operate kitchen equipment, maintain sanitation, and work with a collaborative team. No diploma required; reliable transportation and ability to work early mornings are needed. Benefits include weekly pay and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
• No experience or diploma required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work early mornings

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor’s assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Work cooperatively with team members and management
• Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures
• Help with prep tasks for the various outlets

Pay

$19.00 – $23.00 / hour
