Job summary

Parkhurst Dining in Williamsport is seeking a breakfast cook for a 4:30AM–1:00PM schedule, Monday through Friday. You will prepare breakfast items, follow Parkhurst recipes, and ensure quality and presentation throughout service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Previous experience preparing breakfast items (scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, french toast, and other basic breakfast items).

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain quality/quantity throughout service using production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation, use of proper pans and garnishes, and maintain serving temperatures as per recipes or management.
• Maintain open communication with line servers regarding food items daily.
• Complete daily production sheets.
