Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join the culinary team. You will prepare food for the restaurant, banquets, and functions with high quality and attention to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for the restaurant on property, banquets and special functions at high quality.
• Properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items, accommodating guest requests.
• Rotate food in walk-ins and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Maintain internal cleanliness of all food prep areas.
• Assist with ordering necessary food supplies as directed.
• Follow specifications and set up hot and cold line stations properly.
