Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to menu specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
3. Understanding of food safety practices
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus but not needed

Early morning hours. 4 am. Must be reliable. Attendance issues will not be tolerated.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook breakfast dishes such as omelets, pancakes, bacon, and eggs
2. Ensure all food is prepared according to set recipes and menu specifications
3. Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
4. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
