Job description

Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and Chef Anthony Ricco's team are seeking dedicated, passionate BREAKFAST LINE COOKS to join THE WILLIAM VALE, a luxury boutique hotel located in Brooklyn's vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood.

The William Vale features:

  1. Westlight, a rooftop bar with an elevated bar dining menu inspired by New York City's street food.
  2. Leuca, a Southern Italian restaurant with wood-fired coastal dishes.
  3. Mister Dips, a retrofitted Airstream serving burgers, fries, and dairy dips.

This role offers significant growth potential within our hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates:

  1. Must be available to work from 5am-1pm.
  2. Possess excellent knife skills.
  3. Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation.
  4. Experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
  5. Capable of lifting 25 lbs or more.
  6. Prepare and execute key components of dishes, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  7. Support fellow cooks as part of a team.
