Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Morning Breakfast Cook to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare breakfast items, maintain cooking stations, and ensure safe, high-quality service for guests.

The role emphasizes working early shifts, staying organized, and collaborating with teammates to deliver a memorable dining experience at our Marlborough location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and cooking stations.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and cleaning duties.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Do you enjoy preparing delicious breakfasts and starting your day early? Embassy Suites by Hilton in Marlborough is looking for a dependable, energetic Morning Breakfast Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. Our complimentary cooked‑to‑order breakfast is one of the highlights of our guests' stay, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a great dining experience.

Schedule

• Typical hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• Holidays may be required based on business needs
