Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is seeking a Breakfast Busser to warmly greet guests in the concierge lounge and support guest services. You will act as a liaison with hotel departments, handling reservations and special requests, while promoting hotel amenities.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive work ethic, and solid customer service skills to maintain guest confidentiality and ensure smooth lounge operations throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Proven customer service skills, including ability to be resourceful and creative.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of arrival.
• Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests.
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to the guest, including upselling hotel amenities and services.
• Clean Concierge lounge throughout the shift by picking up dirty dishes and cleaning floors, furniture and surfaces.
