Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is seeking a Breakfast Busser to warmly greet guests in the concierge lounge and assist with morning service, helping ensure a welcoming and efficient start to every day.

You will act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, handle reservations and special requests, and maintain the concierge lounge by clearing dishes and glasses and keeping the kitchenette clean and inviting for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• High work ethic and self-initiative
• Proven customer service skills, including ability to be resourceful and creative
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of guest arrival
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to the guest, suggestively selling hotel amenities and services
• Clean Concierge lounge throughout the shift by picking up dirty dishes and glasses and maintaining the kitchenette, including cleaning of floors, furniture and surfaces
