Job summary

Bn-Management-Co- is seeking an AM Breakfast Attendant to set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet and dining area. You will provide exceptional guest service with minimal supervision, ensuring a welcoming and well-attended breakfast experience.

Responsibilities include adhering to Brand standards, monitoring temperatures, managing stock and orders, and maintaining cleanliness. The role involves standing for long periods and occasional weekend shifts in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and provides personalized service.
• Adheres to recipes and Brand standards under the GM's direction.
• Ensures breakfast foods meet quality standards.
• Monitors food and storage temperatures and logs readings.
• Maintains organized buffet production flow.
• Keeps kitchen areas clean and sanitary per Brand standards and Health Codes.
• Places kitchen orders and verifies supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Verifies IDs for Alcohol Beverage service.
• Directs guests to front desk if keys are forgotten to protect property.
