This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Work alongside talented culinary professionals to create and scratch-bake goods such as croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.

Minimum requirements include:

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
• Large-volume experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Relocation to Madison, WI (relocation assistance available)
• Available for overnight, 3rd shift hours
